About this extension
Filter the Crunchyroll release calendar by audio language
This extension adds language-based filtering to the Crunchyroll release/simulcast calendar, so you can see
only the episodes you can actually watch in the language you want — instead of scrolling through a wall of
tiles where a few have the dub (or original) you're after.
What it does
Why install it
The stock calendar shows every available version of every episode for the week, which makes it hard to scan
for "what can I watch in English/French/German right now?" This extension turns that grid into a personal
simulcast schedule: your preferred languages first, dubs hidden, your pinned episodes always visible. It
remembers your settings and the audio-track information for every calendar it has seen, so repeat visits
filter instantly.

Notes
This extension adds language-based filtering to the Crunchyroll release/simulcast calendar, so you can see

tiles where a few have the dub (or original) you're after.
What it does
- Automatic language filtering — pick one or more preferred languages from a list built from the audio
tracks that are actually available on the current calendar. Episodes without a track in any of your
selected languages are hidden. - Original language only — hide all dubbed versions and keep only the originals.
- Manual mode — with automatic filtering off, every episode gets a small +/− button: "+" pins the episode so
it always stays visible (even when filtering is later turned on), "−" un-pins it. - Inline settings panel — a gear button on the calendar page opens the full settings (filtering on/off,
original-only, language checkboxes) without leaving the page. The same options are also available in the
toolbar popup on Crunchyroll tabs. - Watched dimming — episodes you have fully watched are dimmed so they stand out less.

How it works / what it accesses
- Works only on crunchyroll.com calendar pages (both the /releasecalendar and /simulcastcalendar routes).
- Reads public episode metadata (available audio tracks and their languages) from Crunchyroll's own site
API, using your existing Crunchyroll session when available. - All settings, your pin list, and the audio-track cache are stored locally in your browser. No data is sent
to any third party, and nothing leaves your machine except requests to crunchyroll.com. - The extension is passive: it never plays, downloads, or modifies video content, and it does not affect the
site's playback, subtitles, or account features.
Notes
- Language availability depends on what Crunchyroll lists for each episode; the extension only filters what
the site itself reports. - Settings and the pin list persist across sessions and across calendar weeks.
