Security Hardening & NIST Compliance

• Fixed IV length to 12 bytes per NIST SP 800-38D (was user-configurable)
• Added version byte to ciphertext format for future compatibility
• Password cleared from memory after each encrypt/decrypt operation
• Removed deprecated clipboard fallback (execCommand)
• Added input validation bounds for PBKDF2 iterations
• Verified against NIST CAVP Known-Answer Test vectors (10/10 PASS)
• Manifest V3 compliance fixes
• Updated UI labels and settings descriptions

Note: Messages encrypted with v4.1 are NOT compatible with v4.2 due to the new versioned format. Please re-encrypt any stored messages after updating.
