Cardsphere merge repeated by giventofly

for anyone that uses www.cardsphere.com and usually receives/sends multiples of the same card, with this extension they will be grouped together.

It will add a button to merge and will join together the cards with the same name in the same package.

future planned to take other card details into account (condition/language/edition).
