- Rated 1 out of 5by Bob W, 2 years agoIt comes and goes as a browser add-on. I cannot depend on it to be available when I need it. Further, changing to browser add-on does not allow me to use it with downloaded apps. I tried to explain this when the change to browser app occurred, but I was ignored. I will not be renewing when my subscription comes due unless changes are made to improve.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18271171, 2 years agoDashlane updated a few days and it is no longer usable. It no longer works at all. I have tried to read about a fix but it appears in the effort to make it "more secure" they have rendered this worthless. I have been a paid Dashlane user since it was first introduced. Unless this is fixed quickly, I will cancel my subscription. When you click on your user name, instead of the Dashlane impala, it just shows a spinning circle. This is true of virtually every single website for the hundreds of passwords I have saved. Fix this please!!!!!!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 15090550, 2 years agoDashlane has worked well enough for several years, but I agree with another user who just posted on 2/2/2024 that suddenly, passwords won't autofill - I just get a spinning circle and have to manually copy and paste my password into the field. Please fix this!!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18269467, 2 years agoWorked fine until yesterday morning. Would not let me login to my email or another site I use regularly. Anything else, though,it will fill in that username and password with no problem. For the email and the other site I mentioned, instead of the username popping up when I click on the box,a circle off to the right would just start spinning and spinning and do nothing. It only seems to do this if I use Firefox. No problems getting my info to auto-fill on those two sites if I use Microsoft Edge.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Joe, 2 years agoIi have had and like Dashlane password manager however, I took my computer in to have an email program setup and when I got it back Dashlane would not work. I have a permium subscription and I do not want to lose it. How do I reinstall the program without losing my subscription? I really need it.
