This policy covers the Deal Analyzer browser extension and the dealanalyzer.ai website, both run by Netera Group, Inc. It explains what we collect, where it goes and why. If you have questions, email support@dealanalyzer.ai.

The browser extension

What stays in your browser. The extension saves these in your browser’s extension storage. They are not sent to us:

Your loan and display settings
Your buyer details (name, email, phone, ZIP code and an optional note about you), if you enter them
The last numbers you entered in the SBA loan calculator

Uninstalling the extension deletes them.

Listing pages. On supported business-for-sale sites, the extension reads the listing’s details, such as asking price and cash flow, to calculate its numbers. This happens in your browser. The listing content is not sent to us.

Your buyer details. Your buyer details leave your browser only when you click Request NDA & CIM. The extension then fills in the broker’s contact form on that listing site, or copies a message to your clipboard, so you can review it and send it yourself. Once you send it, the listing site’s and the broker’s own policies apply.

Usage analytics. To learn which features and sites are used, the extension sends usage events to Google Analytics: the event (page viewed, copied to sheet, request filled or request copied), the site’s name, the page’s address and title, and a random ID the extension creates. These events never include your name, email or buyer details.

Account, trial and payments. Free trials and subscriptions are handled by ExtensionPay. You give ExtensionPay your email address when you start a trial or subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

When your trial starts or your subscription changes, the extension sends its ExtensionPay account key to dealanalyzer.ai. Our server uses it once to look up your email address and trial dates from ExtensionPay, and does not store the key.

We keep your email address, trial dates and subscription status (plan, price, and renewal or cancellation dates from Stripe, plus your name if you gave it at checkout) with our email provider, Brevo. We use them to send your welcome, trial and subscription emails and to answer support requests. Every email we send this way has an unsubscribe link.

The website

SBA calculator emails. When you ask us to email your SBA analysis, we use your email address and, if you give it, your first name to send it. We also save them with Brevo, along with the asking price and cash flow you entered and the campaign that brought you to the site, if any, so we can follow up about Deal Analyzer. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Support form. Your name, email address, topic, any listing link and your message are emailed to our support inbox through Brevo so we can reply. The support form doesn’t add you to any mailing list.

Spam protection. Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages are used. Our host, Vercel, also records cookie-free visit counts and page speed, and keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out add-on.

Who handles your information

We don’t sell or rent your information or use it for advertising. These services handle it for us, under their own privacy policies:

ExtensionPay: trials and subscriptions
Stripe: payments
Brevo: contact records and email
Google Analytics: usage statistics for the extension and the website
Cloudflare: spam protection on the website’s forms
Vercel: website hosting
Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your email and subscription records while you use Deal Analyzer and delete them when you ask. Email support@dealanalyzer.ai to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it saved in your browser.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
