posted 6 years agoIt would be better to uninstall this add-on and ask the extension's author to change the background to your favorite color. As I described on the main page, I made this add-on because I only need this feature. I will not add context menu item or browser action button, but you can use the shortcut key.
Unfortunately that add-on has some bugs. For example, if you google like 'orange site:en.wikipedia.org', then visit some wikipedia pages, then try to delete the histories of en.wikipedia.org domain, the add-on also delete the history of the google search result. Because google result's url also contains the string 'en.wikipedia.org'. And also if some pages' titles contain the string 'en.wikipedia.org', the add-on also delete the histories of those pages. And if you visit 'https://wikipedia.org' instead of 'https://www.wikipedia.org' (you will be redirected to 'https://www.wikipedia.org' automatically), the add-on doesn't delete the history of 'https://wikipedia.org' but delete only 'https://www.wikipedia.org'. Also, this add-on only deletes the last 24 hours of history. I knew the API that the add-on uses to search the history, but the API has these issues to delete domain's history in that way. The function to delete domain history can be made in another way, but it is bothersome and I don't need it.

This one also the same.

This one also the same. And it has an orange background... And it's dangerous because if you misclick the button, you will lose all history data.

This looks much nicer. It deletes not only history but also cookies, local storage and download history. But it has the same bug. As in the Google search example, if some history's URL contains the string of the domain you want to delete, it will also delete that irrelevant history.
