- Rated 5 out of 5by Viktor, 4 years agoThis extension is a life-saver. It does need a simple change pushed to fix hiding the Bell icon. In the file "hide_notification_bell.css" the selector ":nth-child(4)" has to be removed. Please make the change or allow other to make it.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Peter Lyons Kehl, 4 years agoHi Ricky,
Thank you for DF Yoube.
Unfortunately, it's causing below error logs in Browser Console. That's even for non-YouTube tabs.
view-source:moz-extension://my-local-UUID-here/scripts/background.js:16:
"Unchecked lastError value: Error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist."
Also, the feedback form from the extension itself most likely doesn't work. In Browser Console it logs: 400 BAD REQUEST for https://api.mailgun.net/v3/sandbox..../messages. - Rated 5 out of 5by Begzod Safarov, 4 years agoThis extension is awesome. Thank you very much. Exactly what I needed.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Josh B, 5 years agoThis add-on has save me a great deal of time and emotional bandwidth. I use YouTube to do research at times, but I was getting sucked down so many low quality rabbit holes. This add-on streamlines YouTube so that it functions great as a tool, and, when I'm done with that tool, I can walk away.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13972940, 5 years agoI actually love the extension, but my avast just checked it as virus (it seems to have disabled my firewall). Hope its a false positive, but ive warned mozilla anyway. I'll change the bad review if they warn me its fixed *edit: ive warned avast as well, raised the stars here because i have reasons to probably dont be affected

posted 5 years agoSorry you had that experience. I have no idea what the explanation is but this extension certainly is not able to disable firewalls, nor does it have any malicious intent.
