DoctorAssist.AI Browser Extension — Privacy Policy
The DoctorAssist.AI Firefox extension interacts with patient portals that
clinicians use with the DoctorAssist.AI hospital management system.
What the extension collects
- Selector mappings — CSS selectors pointing at the appointment list and
patient sections. Stored only in your browser's local storage. - Walk routes and collection recipes — the sequence of user actions needed
to reach and page through each mapped section. Stored only in local storage. - Patient section content — the text of demographics, vitals, medications,
treatment plan, clinical notes, investigation notes, treatment summary, and
lab results. Transmitted to DoctorAssist.AI over HTTPS for extraction and
saving. Not stored locally after a walk completes.
- No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting.
- No data sent to any third party.
- No browsing history outside the mapped portals.
- No credentials. Sign-in uses your existing DoctorAssist.AI session cookie.
All extracted data is sent to endpoints under
doctorassist.ai using HTTPS.No other servers receive any data.
Open the extension's settings and choose Clear all saved extension data.
This removes all selector mappings, walk routes, and recipes, and revokes all
granted site access.
