- Rated 1 out of 5by ag101, a year agoabsolutely horrible, i have not tested the paid or chrome version but as of the free version, it does not recognize half the downloads and when it does it just says "failed" the ui looked good at first glance but confusing to use and not as clean as it seems, use free download manager or JDownloader 2 those are way better options and are completely free

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mr_Womp, 4 years agoExtremely rude customer service, waiting on a refund because it is most certainly NOT FREE! Doesn't download from MOST sites, slower than regular downloads.
- Rated 4 out of 5by TLK914, 4 years agoExcellent at most things it does. VERY fast, in many cases due to the less overbearing nature of its install, its faster than IDM! But, it can have some trouble with certain sites. At the moment SUBSCENEdownloads will not work with it running? (Subscene uses Java, which may be the issue). When disabled, or another Downloader is used, the subscene downloads work fine. Aside from that, the free version is fast, very easy, and for singe download use its excellent. I had IDM for awhile, but the annual renewal was too expensive for the slight advantages it had (Updates are nearly immediate when problems reported, good video format support and browser/vscan integration) Ninja does 95% of what the retail programs do. And it does it with the free version!

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12803596, 5 years agoNot sure how the search function works other than the filename will aopear somehere in a long list of downloads. The app works very well with the ability to set catagories, the associated folder, and a meaningful filename as oppopsed to the one from the file server
