- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13490040, 7 years agoNice, but I would like to have option, to assign custom hotkeys and not just only alt + shift + D. Due to this, I have incompatibility issues with other browsers.

posted 7 years agoUpdate: the shortcut can be configured in v1.4.0. Hope you like it!
Hopefully they will add support for customizing the shortcut in a future Firefox version. I can't do anything unfortunately. :(
You can always download the code, change the shortcut, and load the extension in about:debugging. :)

Would it be possible to *not* switch to the duplicated tab after it's created? I would just like to create it in the "background".

posted 7 years agoIt is now possible to create the new tab in the background, but one drawback is that the tab history is not preserved. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12892697, 7 years agoWorks gloriously and now I don't have to go through the trouble of grabbing my mouse. Ergonomics save the day. ;) It's actually more of a "keyboard macro" than a "shortcut".
