Dust Jacket — Goodreads Redesign by Dust Jacket
A restyle of Goodreads: cleaner type, real cards, room to breathe. Same site, same data, better presented.

About this extension
Goodreads still looks like it was built the year the iPhone came out. The books
are great. The nested tables, the tiny grey links and the buttons that all look
identical — less so.
Dust Jacket is a fresh coat of paint. It doesn't move anything around, doesn't
add features, and doesn't ask you to sign in anywhere. It takes the handful of
pages you actually spend time on and gives them the typography, spacing and
cards they should have had years ago — in Goodreads' own colours, so it still
feels like Goodreads. Just one that got dressed this decade.
WHAT IT RESTYLES
• My Books — your shelves, finally readable, with covers that aren't 50-pixel
thumbnails
• A review — reading progress, comments and ratings laid out like something a
person wrote
• Edit review — the form rebuilt: rating and shelves beside the cover, date
fields that actually line up
• Your profile — a real header, shelves as tags, and an activity feed made of
cards instead of table rows
• A Listopia list — hundreds of ranked books turned into rows you can scan,
with the vote panel and sidebar boxes in the same cards as everywhere else
Each page has its own switch in the toolbar popup. Don't like what it does to
one of them? Turn that one off and keep the rest.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
• No account, no sign-up, no server — there isn't one
• No tracking, no analytics, no ads
• No network requests at all; every byte ships inside the extension
• Runs on goodreads.com and nowhere else
Not affiliated with Goodreads or Amazon.
