Since 2025 every business in Germany has to accept electronic invoices. An XRechnung, however, is a plain XML file – open it and you only see code. With ZUGFeRD and Factur-X PDFs, the embedded XML is what legally counts.

E-Invoice Viewer turns these files into a clear, printable invoice – right in your browser.

• Click the toolbar icon and drop or select a file (.xml or .pdf), or right-click a link to an .xml/.pdf file → “View as e-invoice”.
• Shows seller, buyer, invoice number, dates, buyer reference (Leitweg-ID), line items, allowances and charges, VAT breakdown, totals, prepaid amount, amount due, IBAN/BIC, payment terms, notes and attachments.
• Print or save as PDF, download the original or the embedded XML, view the raw XML.
• Gentle hints when e.g. the IBAN or the buyer reference is missing or totals don’t add up.
• “Validate officially” opens the free validator at fakturaklick.de – uploading there is optional; the extension itself never uploads anything.
