Privacy Policy — EduSeekho Live Class

What this extension does
EduSeekho Live Class lets a teacher start and manage a live coding class from an EduSeekho compiler page. It works only on eduseekho.com and its institution subdomains.

Information we access
- Your EduSeekho login session: The extension uses the session cookie already present in your browser to identify you as a logged-in teacher and to verify you are permitted to host classes. It does not read, store, or transmit your password.
- Page content during a live class: While you are hosting, the code in your editor, your program's output, any AI explanation you generate, and any notes you write are transmitted to the students who have joined your class. This happens only while a class is active and only to students in that class.

Information we store
When you host a class, EduSeekho records the class code, the account hosting the class, the institution domain, the programming language, and the class start/end times and duration. When a student joins, their account and join time are recorded. This is used to show attendance and class history in the teacher and administrator dashboards.

Information we do not collect
- We do not collect browsing history or activity on any site other than EduSeekho.
- We do not read pages outside eduseekho.com and its subdomains.
- We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
- We do not use advertising or third-party analytics inside the extension.

Data retention
Class and attendance records are retained in your EduSeekho account so teachers and administrators can view class history. Administrators can delete class records from the admin dashboard.
