ElevenReader Clip (unofficial) by Meotar

Firefox port of the idea behind the ElevenReader Chrome extension: send the open page, or just the selected text, to your ElevenReader library.

Unofficial. Not affiliated with or endorsed by ElevenLabs. It uses ElevenReader's undocumented browser-extension API, which can change without notice.

• Click the toolbar button: the open page goes to your ElevenReader library.
• Select text, right-click → Listen with ElevenReader: only the selection is sent.
• First use: allow access to elevenreader.io and api.elevenlabs.io, and be signed in to elevenreader.io in the same Firefox profile. The extension opens elevenreader.io/extension once to get an access token.

Page HTML (or the selected text), the page URL and your ElevenReader token go only to api.elevenlabs.io. Nothing else, no analytics. The token is kept in the extension's local storage.


about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox → Load Temporary Add-on → pick manifest.json. Lost on restart.
