Eliverlara Nordic inspired by wfirbolg

Probably other exist already but I wanted my own view on a theme to complement Eliverlara's extraordinary Nordic theme for plasma KDE.

Since Eliverlara didn't state his licensing practices, I'll remove this theme if required by him.
