Possible improvement to consider would be cursor key navigation, to allow rapidly moving to the correct emoji (whereas, currently, it seems either the mouse is needed or tabbing forward/backward is needed, which can be time consuming).
Edit → I don't currently use Telegram, and I guess you may not see this adjustment to the review, but to clarify the above a little: I like to use the keyboard more and the mouse less. It would be great if I could open the emoji picker, type in whatever I'm looking for and then use the up/down/left/right keys to navigate to the one I want; hit enter and continue.Developer response
posted 7 months agoHi! I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Please, write an email or write to Telegram with more details about what you mean and what you have in mind to improve the navigation, so I can improve the addon. Thank you ☺️ - Rated 5 out of 5by Rg, 7 months ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by SiF1, 7 months agoIts only a copy and past insert a pain to keep on copy and pasting, I'm looking for a plugin that allows me to to just click on an emoji and it inserts without all this copy and paste nonsense.

posted 7 months agoYou can enable the feature “Insert directly the emoji” in Settings. Please, edit your review in case! - Rated 4 out of 5by p3whyte, 7 months agoWorks great! But basic emojis. An update with all the newer emojis would be excellent. Love the dark mode, Thanks

- Rated 4 out of 5by Kasaniro, 8 months agoA really useful addon. It would be better if it had the function to copy various emojis at the same time.

- Rated 4 out of 5by lucianoinso, 8 months agoI'd give it 5 stars but it doesn't allow you to use "ctrl+." as a keyboard shortcut, just "modifiers + alphanumerics", can you add this functionality? I bet it's a super small fix, thanks!
Edit: I did a bit of research, seems like you can add this behavior by adding the options for "," or "." with values "Comma", and "Period" (as an example if you add this two characters), those are the words Firefox understand for the "key combinations".
Edit 2: I was hoping that your extension was open source, what a joy to find that it was, I've been reading the source files and I think I've found a simple way for adding this functionality, I might be doing a pull request on these days :), hope it comes useful, thanks for your work!
Edit 3: I opened an issue and did a pull request for this change :)Developer response
posted 8 months agoHi! I'm sorry about the inconvenient of the "full stop" (or period) and comma. I've merged your contribution, although I've a bit improved the code. In the new release (3.21.1) you can find the new shortcut!
Thank you very much for your helping - Rated 4 out of 5by Siwkann, 8 months ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by sirensynapse, 8 months agoSome are nice, many are nothing like the image we click on, many are ugly as hell, and too badly made to even tell what they are representing. Must be better ones out there.

posted 8 months agoHi! The emoji shown in the addon is "Twemoji" (font family). When you use it in the browser or on your O.S., it's shown with the OS font family. It's not an issue of the addon.

- Rated 5 out of 5by pnhan, 9 months agoIt's easy to add emojis that you frequently use directly from Firefox without the need for external tools.
Thank very much!! - Rated 4 out of 5by cprn, 9 months agoWorks okay but isn't keyboard users oriented. The number of possible shortcuts is limited, you can set it e.g. to ctrl+shift and any letter or any digit but you cannot set it to something like ctrl+shift and a period or space or comma. After typing in your search phrase there's no option to copy the first one after pressing enter - you have to press enter twice because it assumes the users will more often use the arrow keys or mouse to select exact emoji from the grid than improve their search phrase. Those are minor issues but still, issues.

posted 8 months agoIn the new release you can use also Period and Comma 😊
About the Enter: yes, you have to press twice the Enter button because it focus on the first emoji, then you can navigate in the selection with arrows or press again Enter and, in that case, you insert the emoji selected.
Maybe I can add an option in Settings like "From searchbox, the Enter button selected directly the first emoji shown" - Rated 5 out of 5by Marjon, 9 months ago
