- Rated 4 out of 5by metal321, 6 years agoThought it would work by highlighting the word. Didn't realized you had to double click.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14180615, 6 years agoWorks alright. The issues are on websites with dark backgrounds it's extremely difficult to read the definition of words. An audio option would be nice to hear how a word is pronounced.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Sufian Babri, 6 years agoAwesome! Finally I've got an alternative to "Dictionary Extension" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dictionary-extension/) of the pre-Quantum Firefox.
It maybe is a bit slow but that is okay.
I'd love it if the developer improves the UI a little bit (no fancy animation or background, etc. Just plain UI with the dialog easy to find with text easier to read). I think "Dictionary Extension" got it right with a plain and simple UI. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12757259, 6 years agoWorks well, but not secure. Anything you double-click gets looked up in what I assume is clear text. That would include usernames, passwords, etc.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14151545, 6 years agoWhile it is already good, it could be the best if it had history feature for the words(similar to Google Dictionary).
- Rated 1 out of 5by ByAnyMeansNeccesary, 6 years agolove it. easy to use if it gives you what you need. it does not work 98% of the time. wtf FF?? I am so sick of having to attempt to FIX your bugs in ways I do not understand or with 55 steps. FF used to be the BEST. mostly it now SUCKS. get it together because trust me chrome is NO alternative either. it's worse. can't you guys just leave well enough alone.? PLEASE.

- Rated 4 out of 5by adix, 7 years agoNeeds some options, often present in add-ons:
- selection – other than by double click
- hot-key activation / open with a bubble . . .
- contextual menu
- history
- define the position and the dimensions of the pop-up
Sometimes, reinstalling solves some problems. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14033459, 7 years agoDefinitions are often incomplete or just wrong. Removed it after checking "limns" and getting "plural form of limb." At least I got a laugh out of that one.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Tom Kunzo, 7 years agoIt's good except for the fact that the dictionary used is not giving a really clear definition of the words to be checked.
I suggest using the Oxford Dictionary for your app.
