Enhancer Canary Privacy Policy

Enhancer Canary is the early-access version of Enhancer. It handles data in the same way as the stable version. The full, current policy is available at https://documents.enhancer.at/extension/privacy-policy/

SUMMARY
- You do not need an Enhancer account.
- Settings and locally recorded watch time stay on your device.
- We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- The extension only runs on twitch.tv and kick.com.

DATA STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE
- Settings: every preference you change in Enhancer settings.
- Watch time: time spent watching each channel, counted locally.
- Followed channels: if you enable the combined Twitch and Kick follows list, your follow lists and your Kick login are stored on your device. The Kick login is encrypted and used only to load your Kick follows from Kick. It is never sent to Enhancer servers. Turning the feature off deletes the saved follow lists.
You can remove this data by clearing the extension's browser data.

DATA SENT TO ENHANCER SERVICES
- api.enhancer.at: to show badges and nickname styles in chat, the extension sends the platform (Twitch or Kick), the public ID of the channel you are viewing and the extension version. Our servers and infrastructure providers also process your IP address and technical connection data. Chat messages are not uploaded; badges are matched in your browser.
- corsgo.enhancer.at and preview.enhancer.at: when chat image previews are shown, these services receive the image address and your IP address. Images are cached for one hour.
- fonts.enhancer.at: loads custom nickname fonts chosen by people in the channel. It receives your IP address and request metadata. Your browser does not connect to Google.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- xayo.pl: watch time lookups send the username being looked up and your IP address.
- Twitch and Kick APIs: used to read public channel and profile information.
- Cloudflare: network, caching and protection for our domains; processes IP addresses and connection metadata.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
- Chat messages you read or send.
- Your Twitch or Kick password.
- Video or stream content.
- Browsing history outside Twitch and Kick.
- Payment information.

WHY WE PROCESS DATA
To deliver badges and nickname styles, keep the service running and secure, prevent abuse, and answer privacy requests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c)).

YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as UODO in Poland.
