Equinox Workspace is designed with privacy as a priority. We collect and process the absolute minimum amount of information required for the Extension to function properly.

1. Local Storage Data: Your tasks, sticky notes, customized settings, theme preferences, and uploaded background images are stored entirely locally on your device using your browser's local storage capabilities. No account or external sign-in is required.
2. How We Use Your Information: Your local data is used strictly to display your personalized dashboard. We do not transmit, collect, or store your personal data, tasks, or settings on any external servers, databases, or third-party tracking services. Everything stays in your browser.
3. Third-Party Services: The Extension may interact with the following third-party services directly from your browser to provide specific features:
4. Search Suggestions
5. ZenQuotes API
6. NASA / Wikimedia APIs (for backgrounds)
These services may receive your IP address as part of standard web requests, governed by their respective Privacy Policies.

Since all your data is stored locally in your browser, you have complete control over it. You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing your browser's extension storage.
