Free: the calculation in the popup, no key, no limit. Full version ($60): download the result as .csv and deadline reminders - one licence key per person or team seat. Get it: https://getreadystack.com/api/buy/cl/polar_cl_6ABx61eSFng7jF2au5jGuYwZ1oyky0exvM2we2gCueK
When you use the tool, the extension sends one anonymous count a day (the tool’s name only — no inputs, no personal data). Turn it off on the first page after install. Firefox asks first and sends nothing unless you allow it. A licence key is checked with the payment provider (Polar) only when you enter one.

- 8 salary floors for 2026 — Holds the federal $684 a week floor plus the seven higher jurisdictions that bind in 2026: California, both New York rates, Washington, Colorado, Alaska and Maine.
- Back-pay exposure — Turns the hours worked over 40 into overtime owed per week, multiplies it over a 2-year or willful 3-year lookback, then doubles it for FLSA liquidated damages under 29 USC 216(b).
- Cost of the raise instead — Shows what lifting the salary to the floor costs for a year, next to the exposure, so the cheaper path is obvious before the next payroll run.
- Duties test gate — Salary alone never makes a job exempt. Clearing the duties checkbox flips the answer to not exempt no matter how high the pay is.
- Export and re-check reminder — Saves the worked result as a .csv row for your roster file and sets browser reminders 30, 14 and 1 days before the date you set to re-check floors.
