This is the best one that's currently out there to use. I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I don't want "Big Brother" type people seeing the things I do download. I don't d/l anything that my mom wouldn't like to see, but I do enjoy my privacy. I may want to download an old movie like Disney's "Song of The South" or an e-book that criticizes the Government just to see the Author's viewpoint.
