- Rated 3 out of 5by Hydroptique, 6 months agoIt seems the extension isn't working anymore: I still get post from pages I don't follow or groups I'm not a member of.
I also still see the reels and shorts. - Rated 1 out of 5by JBHawke, 6 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18286088, 10 months agoAfter I installed this extension in order to block Facebook Reels on Firefox, I went to the already-open Facebook page, and the Reels that had been there were gone! I refreshed the page, and there was a slight delay (maybe a second) before the entire page appeared, but, the Reels were gone!!! No more inane, dangerous, sexually charged, "viral," pointless, vids or "thumbnails". Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

posted 10 months agoGlad I could help, the delay is because since the extension removes the reels Facebook has to get new posts again to fill the gap.
Thank you for the generous review. - Rated 4 out of 5by Mick, a year agoBeen using this for some time now. It's been a great extension, doing what it says, but over the last 2 -3 weeks there's been a lot of sponsored posts and suggestions getting through. I'm guessing FB has changed something in their algorithms. I still highly recommend this extension though.

posted a year agoThanks for the generous review. As for getting sponsored and suggestions, yes Facebook did make and update and changed some stuff on the suggestions post and i updated the extension to fit their new post but as for the sponsored posts it's still working fine for me. Perhaps they are doing region based tests, but I will look into this.
Have a good day. - Rated 5 out of 5by RV, a year agoI tried several other extensions to block suggested posts and they did not work, but this one worked great!! No more suggested posts!! Thank you so much!

- Rated 5 out of 5by jay22, a year agoThis has honestly improved my experience with Facebook so much. I've tried some other extensions to do the same thing and none of them worked until this one. I use Facebook just to keep in touch with some family members and it's so much better to just see their posts and not all the stuff that facebook is always trying to suggest to me.

posted a year agoI am glad i could be of help, thank you for the generous review :D - Rated 5 out of 5by Piotrassin, 2 years agoWorks, but I noticed that after reloading the page, it takes about a second to hide the sponsored and suggested posts. Not that it is problematic in any way.
Developer response
posted 2 years agoThank you for the rating. As for the second to hide the sponsored and suggested posts i notice it started happening after the latest Facebook changes, and i will try to work around it in future updates.
Once again thanks for the generous review. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15482109, 2 years agoI am afraid it doesn't block any sponsors in Facebook Marketplace.
Also, while it does work on the main feed--it also breaks the page. Your feed will show an error after a while.
So I decided to revert back to uninstalling the add-on, b/c I was still seeing the same amount of sponsorship in Marketspace.
Meta is really doubling down on spamminess, I haven't seen this many ads before. It's like for every single classified entry there's ten ads. We never get this kind of situation with Craigslist back in the days. I feel we are being seriously exploited.Developer response
posted 2 years agoHello friend. The extensions is not intended for the market place its only for posts on the main feed, i can make it work for the marketplace but then it would empty since 90% of whats there is sponsored.
As for the page breaking its not the extensions, its the Facebook making updates to try and stop the ad blockers which breaks the feed sometimes. I am aware of such problem and i always update the extension to work properly as soon as possible. - Rated 5 out of 5by Planet Maine, 2 years agoWhat?!? Installed yesterday and it really works! Facebook feed had become bloated with "Sponsored" and "Suggested for You" tripe posts. This completely got rid of them. Great work! Let's enjoy this til FB figures it out and ruins it ;) - and let's pay this guy to stay ahead of the zuck muck.

posted 2 years agoI am very Lighthearted to receive such feedback, very appreciated. - Rated 5 out of 5by Wafflecopter, 2 years agoThanks, developer. Today I had a MASSIVE spike on FB of suggested posts and sites, and it was driving me insane. It was like every 2nd or 3rd was some totally uninteresting suggestion.
Extension worked perfect at the time of writing this review. Thanks. :) - Rated 5 out of 5by Miliexy, 2 years agoWorking perfectly, doesn't cause performance issues or facebook to load infinitely.
