Version 5.455 refreshes PageScanner’s tracker and vendor database with updated detection and ownership information. Historical aliases now resolve to one canonical tracker, preventing duplicate results for the same technology. This release also restores the official PageScanner browser icons and introduces clearer AppSec severity indicators.

PageScanner v5.453 improves compatibility with websites that use authenticated request wrappers for transcript and file downloads. PageScanner now preserves website-owned network functions while continuing to observe relevant endpoints for browser-local reporting.
This release also includes stability, performance, and store-packaging improvements. Existing Privacy, Payment and PCI-DSS, AppSec, API, flow-report, and export functionality remains unchanged.

Improved Firefox toolbar reliability so PageScanner opens consistently from the extension icon after installation, updates, and browser restarts. Scanning, reports, privacy behavior, settings, and JSON, Excel, PDF, and Word exports are unchanged.
