I like that it's a client side translation tool and was forward to such a tool.
At the moment the addon still seems to be bare bone with it's user interface.
- One simple suggestion I have: put the blue language switch button (<-> that appears when you mark some text right click and translate it with the addon) higher up in between the two selected languages. I couldn't tell what that button did until I clicked it and was not expecting it to switch the languages so I hope this small change would already make it more intuitive to use.
- Another thing I noticed with full page translation. I tried translating the chat of a twitch live stream. The addon translated all messages that were already loaded but new ones were left out. This would be a nice to have feature.
Else I would say the visuals of the user interface could use a bit of style but I understand if the focus lays on adding more languages atm.
Thank you and I hope the development of this addon is still pursued! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12896326, a year agoVery good extension and hope more language will appear in future update.

- Rated 1 out of 5by McJoo, a year agoAlthough the logo has chinese character pointing arrow to an alphabet, it doesn't translate chinese. I believe it's important for the logo to accurately represent the extension's features and functionalities. It would be helpful if the firefox could either support Chinese character translation or have a logo that better aligns with its current capabilities.
- Rated 4 out of 5by BryanCatañedamejìa, a year agoLa extensión funciona bastante bien, lo único malo es que la extensión falla al momento de cargar el motor de traducción en firefox para 32 bits, espero que mozilla solucione el error en el futuro

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18016471, a year agoit was once ok, but in the meantime it slows the whole browser down, typing in entry fields lagging up to 3 seconds, deactivating doesnt help .. only deactivating and restart the browser resolve the problem
- Rated 2 out of 5by Skitburd, a year agoIt's clear that this is being worked on still, but at this time, non-European languages are not supported. It's baffling to me that Catalan is being worked on ahead of Japanese

Simplismente a extensão nunca funciona! Decepcionante, não encontrei nenhuma opção de feedback nem de suporte ou relatório... - Rated 5 out of 5by maya, a year ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18007908, a year agoWhy does the add-on icon show Japanese hiragana despite the add-on not actually supporting Japanese translations. Japanese was the primary language I was looking forward to using this add-on on.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 15921191, a year agoSeems ok from a UX perspective, but seriously lacking in supported languages. Will become a viable alternative to cloud-based translation services once language support is on par, but it doesn't even cover the language I need to translate on a daily basis. You'll still need a backup translation extension installed for now, so I'd say give it a miss until they have much better language support.
