- Rated 5 out of 5by tipejo, 5 years agoEs una aplicación excelente. Captura las páginas tanto en JPG como en PDF con una calidad muy buena. Merece la pena pagar por ella.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Nogah7, 5 years agoThis can make PDFs of pages (a bit slow), it keeps the hyperlinks intact but is NOT text-searchable. Perhaps text-searchable files can be made through premium but I have not tested this function. Would be nice to get a couple PDFs through this add-on to test.

posted 4 years agoThanks. Yes, the premium version provides text-searchable PDFs, and it can intelligently split long capture to pages. - Rated 5 out of 5by Boris Lessa, 5 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by dxdt, 5 years agoI'm using the free version on a 2015 iMAC with Mojave. It generally provides a result that accurately reproduces how the page looks in the browser. It is better at doing this than the native print-to-pdf capabilities of the MacOS/Firefox combo. It's at least as good as any other plugin of this kind that I have tried, on any browser on this same computer. The plug-in has sustained this level of functionality for several years -- I think I first started using it in 2016. Best feature other than the fact that it works is that you can customize file names, including using sequential numbers within filenames (e.g.: [today'sdate]+[domainname]+[n], then [today'sdate]+[domainname]+[n+1]). This allows you to skip the Save-As dialog (using another preference option) most of the time. Every once in a while I run into a page with weird scripting or multimedia elements which this plug-in can't reproduce accurately. Usually I'll find that the same page causes problems with all the tools available to me; but sometimes one of the others will work better. No tool works on everything. Very long scrolling pages (e.g., several months of a Facebook newsfeed) can take a long time, may temporarily use a lot of RAM, and Firefox may throw up error messages which I ignore. Usually I can keep doing other things, and the end result is usually a good reproduction of that very long page. Every once in a while I ask too much and have to abort through firefox, or restart firefox.

- Rated 5 out of 5by CaribJim, 5 years agoFireShot could just as well have been called "SureShot". Works every time, except in certain protected pages as explained in the instructions. There are very few of those, and there are workarounds. For those of you familiar with Safari's "Export to PDF" feature, it is about the same, from the user point of view. Love this extension. Try it. You will probably like it.
