About this extension

FocusGuard helps you stay off the scroll without blocking your whole browser.

Reels blocking — Stops YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. A smart doomscroll detector tracks how many reels you watch back-to-back and pauses the platform for a short cooldown once you hit your limit, instead of blocking it outright. Thresholds and cooldown length are adjustable per platform.

Adult content blocking — Blocks a large list of adult/porn domains, including alternate TLDs and mirrors, and also catches adult search queries before results load.

Your control — Every category can be switched on or off independently from the toolbar popup, any time.

No account, no tracking, no data collected — everything runs locally in your browser.
