2.2 – Popup settings, many more time formats, faster

New: toolbar popup
• Turn conversion off for a site; the original times come back right away
• Settings for "This site" or "All sites" (a site can override the defaults)
• Rule switches: ranges (3–6 pm), hour only (8 AM), dot separator (8.00 am), a/p shorthand (8:30p)
• Output: keep the site's separator (08.00) or always use a colon (08:00)
• See what was converted on the page, and by which rule

More formats converted
• Dots instead of colons: 8.00 am → 08.00
• a.m. / p.m. / A.M., "8AM", "8 AM - 12 PM"
• Hour only: "Opens 8 am" → "Opens 08:00"
• Google Maps / Search style ranges: 9:30–1 pm → 09:30–13:00, 3–6 pm → 15:00–18:00
• Seconds: 11:59:30 PM → 23:59:30

Fewer mistakes
• Leaves prices, fractions, dates and words alone ($5 pm, 1/8 AM, 2023-10-5 pm, "Room 8a", 3 PM's)
• Doesn't treat the German word "am" as a time on German pages
• Text you type in editors (e.g. Discord's message box) is no longer touched
• No more stray or missing periods after "a.m."

Faster
• Only changed parts of the page are checked, instead of rescanning the whole page twice a second
• Converted before the page is drawn, so 12-hour times don't flash first
• Now also works inside iframes and web components

Permissions: only "storage" (for your settings). No data is collected.
