Forces the display of the browser's translate butt by Nostrum

In recent versions of the Firefox browser, a button in the address bar allows you to translate a webpage. However, this button may not always appear. This extension forces the display of the translation button.

It does so by setting the lang meta tag of the page to "en" or another language, which prompts the translate button to appear in the URL bar. If this meta tag is properly configured, the button will show up without the need for this extension. However, in some cases, the button may not appear if the lang meta tag is incorrectly placed or if the page is associated with the wrong language.

Recommendation: Please disable or remove this extension after each use of the translate button. Enable it only when necessary.
