A bug in the web extension was causing the feed URL to go missing, causing display issues and the feed to stop updating. This release also adds tab scroll arrows and fixes OPML imports.

Two bugs in the web extension: one was causing the Fraidycat extension page to be blank (or certain links to be unclickable), the other was causing duplicates to appear.
