- Rated 5 out of 5by weixia, 7 years agoOn Linux, when the gesture button is set to "Right", just double-click the right mouse button to bring up the context menu .The author adds this option to those who are accustomed to the right mouse button
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12841763, 7 years agoThanks for this smooth and nice gesture addon :) Would love a gesture option for 'copy link location' in future. Overall a solid gesture for Quantum and thanks again!
Edit: Thanks for adding copy link URL in latest update! and it's sad to see ignorant users giving negative rating and negative review, only because of Webextension limitation to work on internal pages. Totally not developers fault and I hope you will always motivated to share this awesome extension despite those ignorant users to read description :) - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12956000, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 5671868, 7 years agoThis good replacement for FireGestures, but I need one very important to me function. Please, please, PLEASE, when I make a search of the selected text by gesture, not do it just by one of search engine, give me a list of my installed search engines. I always need a search on various websites, not just a google or somethings. This was in FireGestures, it's a killerfeature to me, I can't use Chrome or New Firefox without it. Thanks.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13468381, 7 years agoYou get 5 stars for style and coding skill - but also because you're planning to recreate the "Save Image Now" feature from the old FireGestures addon. (This feature instantly & silently saved any jpg, png, gif, etc to the Downloads folder.)
I've used that gesture at LEAST a hundred times a day for the last 5+ years. It has saved me COUNTLESS hours of clicking through menus. Please make it priority? I will name my firstborn kid after you. Seriously.Developer response
posted 7 years agoI'll give my best :) but it will have problems to figure out the right file extensions for unnamed images, so you will have to add it your self (that was the reason why I didn't implemented it yet) - Rated 5 out of 5by Castor, 7 years agoCHANGED ★ TO ★★★★★
Now it works on Linux.
Some years ago I tried to find web-extension as alternative to FireGestures and now it is (not full replace but basic functionality which enough to everyday use). - Rated 5 out of 5by Jonny Wei, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12889199, 7 years agoReally happy about how this works, other similar extensions were a bit too sensitive when it came to how the gestures were drawn but this has the perfect balance.
- Rated 5 out of 5by matif525, 7 years agoIt's a nice addon. Here are some features suggests:
1. Add gestures for in/decrease page number.
2. Is it possible to add feature for drag text/image/links to right/left direction for useful command?Developer response
posted 7 years agoIn/decrease page number will be available in the next version.
The second feature is possible, but would take some effort. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13461796, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by jsyemail, 7 years agoone feature missing, i need a function ( close other's tab, just keep current tab )
Developer response
posted 7 years agoThe feature is there. Look at "Remove other tabs" -> Remove all tabs except of the current tab and pinned tabs.
Or do you want to close the pinned tabs too? - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13456839, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13456652, 7 years agoFast & customisable. On screen feedback is so helpful.
Just the perfect addon, as I ue to to 'Scroll to top' [Right button swipe-up] & 'Reload' [Anti-clock wise swirl] constantly. - Rated 5 out of 5by Soselo, 7 years agoThis plug-in is as indispensable as an adBlock, and you will really miss it when it doesn't work, like in the latest Nightly versions.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13450186, 7 years agoVery useful addon. Would get 6 stars if it would offer to assign separate functions depending where the gesture starts.
Example:
* Rightclick-Down on a link -> Open in new tab
* Rightclick-Down on a free area -> Close current tab
* Rightclick-Down on a bitmap -> Download to customizable destination
Also, please consider allowing to combine gestures with modifier keys (SHIFT/ALT/WIN/CTRL) and left/right mouse button on a case by case basis. - Rated 5 out of 5by Haldi, 7 years agoIt works, it has all the features, it has a nice design.... yes...
But it doesn't work on ALL pages. New Tab and Firefox Addon page somehow block it....Developer response
posted 7 years agoHey, please read the addon description. It is an api limitation. Look here for more Information: https://github.com/Robbendebiene/Gesturefy/issues/5
