GitHub Pane Maximization by hoge-fuga-piyo

This extension spreads the area displayed code, pull request and other in GitHub.
The area size is switched between wide size and default size when you click the extension icon.

This extension also works on GitHub Enterprise, but layout might be little broken because of the version of GitHub Enterprise.
