Interviews you can act on
• Interviews scheduled for today now appear in the panel, with a live countdown and a "happening now" state.
• Mark who came and who didn't, straight from the panel.
• An interview no longer disappears from the list the moment it starts — the window now reaches back four hours, so you can still mark one that just ended.

Recording
• Record the call you're already in, from a button in the panel.
• Recording now goes through Chrome's own screen picker, which is more reliable than the previous capture method.
• When a recording captures no sound, you're told at the point it happens instead of finding out later.
• When Chrome refuses a recording, the message now says what to do about it.

Fixes
• The panel no longer goes blank when a candidate has a vacancy attached.
• Failures now say which failure they were, instead of one generic message.

Interview notes: record an interview you're running in a browser tab, or upload a recording you already have. The audio becomes a transcript and a draft scorecard in GlianaHire, scored on what was said. Recording only starts after you confirm the candidate agreed, and the audio is deleted once transcribed.
