    Initial release of Global Pinned Tabs in New Windows.
    • Add "Pin in new windows" / "Unpin from new windows" to the tab context menu.
    • Remember URL + container (cookieStoreId) for each pinned entry.
    • Automatically open these entries as pinned tabs in the same containers in each new normal window.
    • Options page to view, add, and remove globally pinned tabs.
    • Basic per-container behavior so the same URL can be pinned separately in different containers.
