Basic concepts:
User - a person using the software GoodwinBit product (script) for their own purposes;
Developer - a person who has created and provided the user with a software product (script) GoodwinBit free or of charge for use by the User for their own purposes;
Trading platform - cryptobo.com resource, on which the GoodwinBit script operates, and the User’s account is also located.

• The free trial license Lite is intended to familiarize the User with the functionality of the script and can be extended as many times as necessary. The Lite license does not oblige the User to acquire a Pro license. Therefore, by acquiring the Pro license, the User agrees that the script under the Lite license has been tested and positively evaluated by him. Accordingly, the fact of acquiring the Pro license implies the User’s refusal from any financial claims and (or) claims against the GoodwinBit Script Developer, including the refund of funds paid to the Developer of this software for the Pro license back to the User;
• User has the right to express his wishes on the script and send them to the Developer on his email box goodwin.aid@gmail.com;
• Developer of the bot GoodwinBit has the right to make changes to the script code, notifying or not notifying the User about it;
• Developer of the bot GoodwinBit does not provide the User data obtained during its registration to third parties and (or) persons, with the exception of situations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• User agrees not to modify the source code of the GoodwinBit script, and not to use it for any hostile or destructive purposes in relation to the Trading platform. Attempts to change the code will lead to the User’s ban and (or) freezing of funds on his account and the inability to further use the GoodwinBit product;
• Using the bot GoodwinBit means that the User has carefully studied the description given on this page, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Trading platform and is aware of all the risks of using the software GoodwinBit product and, as a result, has no complaints against the GoodwinBit Script Developer, since this script is used By the User on a voluntary basis and without coercion on the part of the Developer;
• Improper use of the product GoodwinBit , for example, changing its source code, non-compliance with the recommendations of the Developer, setting obviously high-risk script parameters, etc., which led to a clear violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Trading platform, entailing the blocking of the User’s account on the platform and (or) blocking his money on this account, exempts the Developer from any claims and claims on the part of the User.
