Growshell — Recruiter Assistant by Spark Apply

Growshell — Recruiter Assistant is the companion to the Growshell agency platform. It is for recruiters at staffing and placement agencies that use Growshell; you sign in with your agency's Growshell recruiter account.

Open the side panel next to any job posting or application form and:

Pick the student you are applying for. Everything in the panel — captured jobs, autofill details, resume, notes and saved answers — belongs to that student only, and switching student switches all of it.

Capture a job. One click saves the posting on the page (title, company, location, pay, description) to the student's job list in Growshell, and shows how well the student's resume matches the required skills.

Autofill the application. Growshell fills the form from the student's profile: contact details, education, links, resume upload, and work-authorization and sponsorship questions. Written questions are drafted from the student's resume with AI. Nothing is submitted for you — you review every answer and press submit yourself.

Keep answers consistent. Answers you confirm are remembered for that student and reused on the next form.

Works on employer career sites and the common applicant-tracking systems.

Privacy: the extension acts on a page only when you press Capture or Autofill, sends data only to Growshell over HTTPS, and only while you are signed in. It does not collect browsing history and contains no ads or trackers. Details: https://growshell.com/privacy#extension

A Growshell agency recruiter account is required. There is no sign-up inside the extension.
