About this extension
Guten Pass is a simple to use Password Generator with a bit of style. Rather than using a standard common list of English words, Guten Pass allows you to select books from the Gutenberg Library in gutenberg.org for your choice of words. You may even choose texts written in other languages, like Greek or Chinese.

Source can be found at github.com/cmroanirgo/guten-pass

Coming Soon:
  • Ability to set styles of passwords and delimeters. eg. "Some/Password" or "AnoTheR_pAssWorD"
  • Ability to use an arbitary piece of text as a source

Release notes for 0.0.11
1. Password Generation is now configured to target a specific password strength, rather than # of words.
2. You can now choose a list of separator characters that can be used instead of a 'space' char.
3. UTF8 support has been improved.
4. Added support to generate from a standard list of 5000 common english words, rather than using Gutenberg texts. This is primarily for research and comparison (to other password generator) use.
5. Added options button to the popup.
