Privacy policy for Haram Blur – AI NSFW Image Blocker
Haram Blur – AI NSFW Image Blocker by msaidzengin
Haram Blur collects no data. It has no accounts, analytics, ads or servers of its own, and loads no remote code.
To blur images it reads the photos already on the page you are viewing (img elements and, if those options are on, CSS background images and video posters) and classifies them on your device with a TensorFlow.js model bundled in the add-on. Photos are never uploaded to us or to any AI service. A short-lived in-memory cache of results is dropped when the tab closes.
If a page blocks reading an image's pixels, the add-on fetches that image again from its own host without cookies, uses the bytes only for local classification and then drops them (HTTP/HTTPS only, 8-second timeout, images up to 16 MiB).
Settings, including sites you pause, are saved with storage.local on your computer until you reset them or uninstall the add-on. When it is removed, Firefox opens https://haram-blur.msaidzengin.com/uninstall with only the browser language code in the address.
