About this extension
HelloDev CMS Finder identifies the technology stack behind any website you visit — quickly, accurately, and with full transparency.
290+ technologies supported and growing.
The extension combines multiple independent signals — HTTP response headers, cookies, meta tags, HTML patterns, script and link paths, JavaScript globals, DOM structure, CSS class patterns, favicon fingerprinting, DNS records, robots.txt, and direct file probes — and scores them to produce a confidence percentage for each technology.
Unlike simpler detectors, it doesn't rely on a single clue. A weak signal alone is never enough; strong detections require multiple agreeing signals from different layers. This is what makes it accurate and resistant to false positives.
Nothing is collected automatically. Data is only sent when you explicitly submit a report. Full details at https://hellodev.ir/privacy

- Confidence score for every detection, not just a yes/no
- Evidence panel showing exactly which signals matched and how much each one contributed
- Version detection when available (WordPress 6.x, Elementor 3.x, etc.)
- Implication chains — detecting Next.js also reports React and Node.js automatically
- Grouped by category with search, collapse, and filter
- History tracking — see when a site's stack changed over time
- Copy & export — download full results as JSON
- Right-click any link to detect tech on it
- Honest results — reports "no known technology detected" for custom or obfuscated sites instead of guessing
- Built-in issue reporting — found a site it got wrong? Report it in two clicks
