How it works

When your IT help desk initiates a support session, your technician sends you a verification request in real time. A browser notification appears immediately, showing the technician's name and organization before you respond. Approve or deny with a single click, without leaving the page you're on. You can also send a request in the other direction to verify that the person calling you is actually from your IT team, protecting you from impersonation scams.
