Exactly as advertised. For some reason my uBlock filter stops working after they roll out a new doodle but this seems to be a permanent fix. Thank you!

Thank you for this. Was no longer able to use my pc with my remote app because the google animations became to big. Now able to use it.

That'll teach Google for not celebrating Independence day or Australia day anymore and instead choosing to celebrate some ridiculous crap like pani puri and people no one's ever heard of.

This installed on Ubuntu instantly and worked as advertised. But on Windows it wouldn't install at all until I addressed some of the performance issues as recommended in this Computerworld article:

Then it installed instantly and worked as advertised on Windows too. And Windows itself is way snappier than before.

works but i sometimes get the doodle and have to disable and reenable on my xperia L4. Also te wors Google is under the search bar and off to one side, the last e is just about visible. Two more stars if you fix

i hate google doodles. its very distracting for me. this addon fixed that.

Works great in firefox on windows 10. No side effects noticed with other google apps. Many thanks to the developer.

This is a wonderful Add-on! I was just so terribly annoyed by Google Doodles. I could not have asked for a more user-friendly or more effective solution than this. You are brilliant Grant, thank you for creating this!

Hello, I specifically installed this add-on to get rid of the dictatorship-friendly logo Google is trying to shove down our throats these days. It works very well and I'm thankful to you for this, but it doesn't work in the images results. Please fix it and I'll upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Excellent add-on!!
