- Rated 5 out of 5by Adam Dingle, 6 months agoSimple and works great. It's a shame that Google doesn't provide an option to turn the AI overviews off. At least with this extension we have the choice to see ordinary search results without AI.

only suggestion for improvement is that i'm petty and would be delighted if there was a calculator of water usage saved by opting out of the AI thing. that's my biggest gripe w the feature other than it being bad and annoying and i think more ppl should be aware of the environmental impact of this garbage. - Rated 5 out of 5by lovely trash, 7 months agoperfect!! it doesn't load the ai part, doesn't change the visual structure of the page and doesn't slow down the search.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Martie, 7 months agoYay! I was becoming dependent on the silly AI and was not doing research for myself. Like some commenters have said: if I want misinformation I would like to find it on my own terms please and thank you. So glad it's gone!

- Rated 4 out of 5by Hammy Havoc, 8 months agoIs there a way to block the AI-generated overviews, but not the knowledge graph stuff along the top for the likes of musicians/bands/actors etc? That stuff is useful.
To be clear it isn't the "sidebar"-like knowledge graph that appears on the right I'm talking about, it's the page-spanning stuff that appears along the top prior to results.
