- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15166984, 3 years agoIt does not work. It says "The proxy server is refusing connections". I can't even do an internet search. There's no choice of servers either (I guess it broke during the 2 years since it was updated).

- Rated 1 out of 5by Sherwood Fox, 4 years agoIt may show that I gave it a 1 star but its only because I could not give it a -5 rating!
This is a totally unreliable Add-On! I suspect that all the people who have given it 3-5 stars are just trolls wanting to mess with people.
Mozilla should write an algorithm for detecting add-ons that have a high amount of bad ratings, then personally check them out; and remove them when they see that they are not doing what was promised. - Rated 1 out of 5by Noone, 4 years agoIt's giving me he same problem cyberghost did. Eventually they refuse to connect.

Ohne Windows Applikation ist das Addon nutzlos und sogar wenn man es so aktiviert kommt man nicht mal auf google.de und co. Dieses Addon ist ein witz oO

- Rated 1 out of 5by MisterSergeCrono, 5 years agoAddon keeps turning itself off in Private Browsing Mode, even when you enable it for private windows in Firefox... it also doesn't work, AT ALL; I checked to disable WebRTC, enabled SOCKS, then went to hide.me's very own WebRTC Leak Test... and it told me I wasn't protected!!! Needless to say, I uninstalled the addon, did more searching on DuckDuckGo (because Google honestly sucks) and found a work-around to disable WebRTC in about:config on Firefox... went back to hide.me's website, passed all three tests (IP, DNS, and the previously failed WebRTC) with flying colors! Now don't get me wrong, the paid hide.me VPN is phenomenal so far, and it's great to know I can switch to their free version in the event of financial difficulties... but in the future, if I'm finding myself in a situation where I need to bypass censorship on a website with a way that only a proxy add-on can give me, then I will use one that ACTUALLY WORKS... right now, that is not this extension...

dito blogs.opera.com, u.v.m.; liegt wohl auch an ff 6603, da fehlt die Einstelloption für private Seiten. In der Form addon unbrauchbar! andere simd da fehlerfreier, traurig.
