by Danteb, a year agoI used to use Honey and I don't think I ever benefited from it once because it never felt like generating a coupon code that worked for me. Now it was exposed as a scam - essentially scamming content creators who give their audience affiliate links for products and taking the money from the link for themselves by changing the affiliate link from the creator to Honey. This steals every penny from a purchase and gives it to Honey instead of the person who was supposed to be supported. Stop using Honey, or if you do use Honey, apply the working coupon codes and then close out of the site and revisit it with the original affiliate link. They don't deserve a penny.

If you are a user, UNINSTALL NOW. Document your use and prepare for a juicy class action. Harms the user, harms the store front, harms their competitors. Harms EVERYONE in the name of making a pretty penny. Every one and thing about this is a verifiable liar. DO. NOT. USE.

I had uninstalled after only a day of usage due to this reason. I should ahve installed it way earlier than a day - I learned a year ago that this steasl form the creators. I felt there were more than what I heard - just days ago and now today - I heard it does even worse. I'm so gladder that I even unisntalled this in the ifrst place. I reinstalled just to leave this review - after this review I will uninistall this glorified coupon ransomware extension. I genuninly am baffled I thoguht this was the ****. How great that you are stealing money fro mthe content creators and robbing coupons (Even the private ones) from stores who didnt agree to the robbery. ._. I recommend if you have it - uninstall this coupon ransomware from your device - if you dont have it - good - dont even install it - just voicing my opinions and advice(?) and andecotes - torran
