It had been proven, that Honey/PayPal scams people who entered the affiliate program of some web store, and steals commission money, for clicking affiliate link, from them. If you want proof, just look it up on youtube. It's a hot topic now, so it's easy to find.

They also lie to people who use Honey. They are in partnership with web stores, where in opposition to their advertising, they do not find the best discount codes, but one of the worst ones. So people do not save money as much, as they advertised.
