- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18743520, 4 months agoI used to think Honey was a great way to save money, but I realized it’s nothing more than a scam. This extension might look like it’s helping you, but it’s actually exploiting users and hurting creators and businesses. Honey steals commissions from content creators and businesses by replacing their legitimate affiliate links with its own, which is not just unethical but outright theft. Influencers and small businesses work hard to earn their commissions, and Honey is robbing them blind while pretending to “help” you. The discounts it advertises are often fake, with many users finding that the coupon codes it provides don’t even work. Instead of saving money, you’re left feeling duped. To make matters worse, Honey collects an alarming amount of data, including your browsing habits, shopping patterns, and device information. This level of invasive surveillance feels like a massive privacy violation, and it’s clear the goal is to profit off of you, not help you. Security risks are another major concern, with Amazon even flagging Honey as a potential security threat for its ability to track order history and modify web pages. It’s not just creepy—it’s dangerous. As one user put it, “It’s not about helping shoppers; it’s about exploiting them.” If you value your privacy, your wallet, and your trust, stay away from Honey. There are better, more honest options out there. Warn your friends and family, and let’s demand better from companies that claim to support consumers.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Dhampir Voorhees, 4 months agoHoney is a SCAM! It steals credit for purchases from affiliate links and also steals personal info. Honey Gold is also a scam. They will steal the money you'd get through affiliate deals and give you back pennies as "Honey Gold" and pocket the money you should have got for themselves. They hardly ever have deals/coupon codes and alot of the ones it has don't even work. DO NOT USE HONEY!

Do not trust the FREE software that seems too good to be true. Do your own research on coupon codes if possible which may actually save you money. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18743336, 4 months agoShady Business, Changing Affiliate Links/Sponsor Links. Do Not Recommend this addon. Also using outdated codes which defeats the whole point of the addon.
