Like with Karma, this actively changes navigation/links you click on to give Honey a commission, which is how they can provide this service "for free." This will override any affiliate links from other sources, like those from YouTubers.

This add-on actively scams not only businesses and influencers by stealing revenue it also does not work 9/10 times. It can't find coupons, and if you find one manually it refuses to add it. Stay clear off this snake oil.
