We reserve the right to amend or suspend any of our Services at any time with or without noticing you and you agree that, in such a case, we will not be liable to you or any third party.

Yet, you grant LeaveUr.Com a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, realize derivative works, perform, distribute, display Your User Content and username, image and any other information related to Your User Content in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented.

In addition, as part of your use of the Services, you may submit feedbacks to LeaveUr.Com by email, web questionnaires, and other mechanisms. When giving feedbacks, you agree that:

* your submissions and their contents will become our property,
* you will not invoke against us any right and you will not ask for any compensation,
* we may use the submissions for any purpose and in any way,
* we have no obligation to keep the content of your feedback confidential.

Finally, we reserve the right to delete Your User Content including - but not limited to - for a breach of these Terms or of our Community Guidelines.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content (« Third-Party Materials »). We are not responsible for Third-Party Materials and you acknowledge that you use Third-Party Materials at your own risk.

9. Limitations to the Use of our Services

The Use of our Services is subject to the respect of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and applicable laws. In particular, read our Community Guidelines to know behaviours that are prohibited on LeaveUr.Com and additional rules you must comply with.

LeaveUr.Com commits to respecting copyrights and asks its Users to do the same.
Hence, we strive to remove infringing contents from our Services and we can take the decision to terminate, in an adequate way, accounts from Users that repeatedly infringed copyrights.

11. Indemnity

You agree, within the limits of applicable law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeaveUr.Com, its employees, officers, agents and advisors - including, but not limited to, expenses and attorneys’ fees - from any claim from any third party resulting from:

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. MOREOVER, ALTHOUGH WE TRY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SATISFYING USER EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- OUR SERVIVES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
- OUR SERVICES ARE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR TIMELY,
- ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE RELIABLE AMD ACCURATE

13. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER LeaveUr.Com NOR OUR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES - BE IT DIRECT OR INDIRECT -, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVICES INTERRUPTION, OR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR COMPUTER SYSTEM ARISING OUT FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
- CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON OUR SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, USE OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR USER CONTENT IN NO EVENT WILL LeaveUr.Com’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (100€).


THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY AS MUCH AS ALLOWED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be governed by the laws of France.

You acknowledge that all disputes related to these Terms or our Services will be only litigated in the courts located in France and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

15. Termination

You can terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting your Account. You can delete your account by contacting hello@leaveur.com.

LeaveUr.Com may terminate these Terms with you at any time and at our sole discretion. For example, it can be the result of a breach of these Terms, of our Community Guidelines or of applicable law. In addition, we may deactivate your account because of prolonged inactivity.

Please notice that, following termination of these Terms, you and LeaveUr.Com will remain bound by the following sections of these terms: 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.

16. Additional Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and LeaveUr.Com relating to the use of our Services.
If we fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, it will not be deemed a waiver. In case any provision of the Terms appears to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to bind the parties.

None of your rights or obligations under these Terms may be transferred without our consent. LeaveUr.Com reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
