Free for a few days and then not connecting to the VPN to recommend the non-free Premium version.

I bought an annual subscription, after 2 days I was banned. I didn't do anything illegal! This is just a scam! They guarantee a refund money within seven days, this is a lie, they did not return anything to me!

Работает, в наличии какая-никакая скорость. Не хватает настройки на каких сайтах вкл.

I have used the free version of Hoxx for many years and it was decent but over the last few months they removed all the servers we can access, it's down to 3, not the 50 they say on their web site. Getting greedy, it's a shame. Was ok, not any more.
In a nutshell - Don't bother!
