It was great, easy to use, and pretty much break all the blocks... but the free-version isn't fully free because it has quota and once you run out of it, you can't use it anymore... so -2 stars for that.

19mbps without Hoxx, 14mbps with - not bad for free service! Tested on astrill vpn and no leaks of any kind, apart from vpn and bitdefender dns showing up in other countries.

However they "do" log and the company is based in Florida, USA, so basically if you're doing anything state-level, or criminal, yeah, good luck. https://hoxx.com/privacy-policy/ They "may" also share "third party tracking pixels" including from Google.

It is great when it works but it is rare when it works for anymore than a minute or so. I am constantly having to restart it.
