It may be too early to tell, so the four stars are provisional. What is suspicious is that the GUI for this program ("application" for the kids) is that it looks almost identical to SetupVPN, which I did not like at all, and had continual problems with.

So I'm wary, cautiously optimistic, waiting and watching. Hopefully the similarities in appearance are the only thing Hoxx and SetupVPN have in common.
